This form is for adults aged 18 and over. Please do not include sensitive information or someone else’s private details.
Why we ask
Martha uses this information to understand your starting point, review your goals and contact you about suitable lessons. The check is free, does not book a class and is not a certified language assessment. Agreeing to follow-up about your check does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Where answers go
The website uses Netlify Forms to receive and store submissions. Email notifications may also send a copy to Martha’s Gmail inbox. These services may process information outside your country. Do not submit anything you do not want to share through these services.
